Change is good

Whether it’s a renovation, restoration, or new construction, we are constantly in the spirit of moving forward and providing the best work for our amazing clients (you!), so we’re making some bold changes this spring. Founder and CEO Jeremy Sherer is partnering with long-time Project Manager Nick Vanasse to take Suburban Renewal into its next chapter.  Nick has been named Chief Operating Officer.

Suburban Renewal Inc. will now be known as SR Fine Home Builders. Since our inception in 1995, we have continued to grow. Jeremy and Nick have worked seamlessly together throughout the years to stay on top of cutting-edge innovation in residential construction. Their journey has allowed the company to flourish.  

Today we begin moving forward with an updated brand and new leadership. Though this is a meaningful change and a proud moment, we realize that we owe it all to people like you. Thank you!
