An 1860 farmhouse, thoughtfully restored and expanded, becomes a lasting family retreat.

Drawing from both Arts and Crafts and farmhouse traditions, this once-abandoned structure has been renewed for modern family life. The renovation and addition more than doubled the home’s original footprint to 2,750 square feet, introducing new gathering spaces—including a living room, additional bedroom, screened porch, and finished basement with a home gym. The result is a forever farmhouse that honors its history while creating space for generations to come.
