Nick grew up with tools in hand, shadowing his father on job sites and absorbing the craft from an early age. That foundation—paired with formal studies in architecture and structural engineering—shaped a builder with a sixth sense for how projects come together in the field. Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Nick oversees project management, estimating, and business operations.

Known for his easygoing, thoughtful nature, Nick brings clarity to even the most complex projects. His background gives him rare foresight for challenges, allowing him to anticipate issues, respond in real time, and translate architectural vision into buildable solutions—a skill well suited to the countless nuances of high-end residential construction.
