A utility barn reimagined as a warm, welcoming retreat for family and function.
Designed for an older couple on a rural waterfront property, this secondary structure blends the character of a traditional barn with the comfort of a refined residence. The exterior maintains its utilitarian simplicity, while inside, wood finishes and natural light create a space equally suited to quiet work or welcoming adult children and their families.
